My dad and mother grew up within walking distance of each other, at the foot of the Magalies. He used to tell us stories of how they, as children, used to explore these mountains from top to bottom.

As children they used to camp near our Magaliesberg ceremony location. Sitting around the fire with no buildings, no lights and only a few farmhouses in the distance.

You and your partner with the sun setting behind you, and the view stretching far into the horizon, your vows becomes part of your surroundings.

With your dress moving in the soft mountain breeze, the world becomes a distant past and suddenly you are the only two standing there, and the moment you are in.
